Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the e-mail account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
